This fall, we'll spend 8 weeks learning, moving, creating, and playing together through a 4-week mini-series:
Growing Friendships: We'll explore kindness, social skills, making friends, and building meaningful connections with others.
Growing Calm: We'll learn about uncomfortable emotions, and practice simple, kid-friendly tools for helping our minds and bodies feel more regulated.
