All-Day Pavilion Rental

Reserve one of our pavilions for a full day and enjoy a dedicated space for your gathering. All-day rentals are ideal for birthdays, graduations, family events, scout groups, and community gatherings. Each pavilion provides easy access to the surrounding park, including trails and open green space.

Hourly Pavilion Rental

Need a space for a shorter gathering? Hourly pavilion rentals offer flexibility for smaller events, meetups, or informal group use. This option is ideal for those who want to reserve space without committing to a full-day rental.

Field Trip Bookings

Bring your students or group to Charlotte's Quest for an outdoor learning experience. Field trips include guided exploration, nature-based activities, and opportunities to engage with the environment in meaningful ways. We welcome school groups, homeschool groups, and community organizations.

Nature Classroom Reservations

Our indoor nature classroom is available for homeschool groups and children's nature education programs seeking a dedicated space to teach and learn. There is no fee to use the space, but groups are required to reserve it in advance to ensure availability.

Scouts at Charlotte's Quest

Charlotte's Quest is proud to partner with local scout groups by providing space for outdoor experiences, skill-building, and service. Scout troops are welcome to reserve pavilion space and enjoy camping opportunities at no cost in exchange for service projects that support the park.

Service projects may include activities such as orienteering, trail and park maintenance, habitat stewardship, and other initiatives that help care for and improve our shared outdoor space. We value the contributions of scout groups and the role they play in sustaining Charlotte's Quest for the broader community.
