Service Description
Our outdoor nature classroom is available for homeschool groups and children’s nature education programs seeking a dedicated space to gather. There is no fee to use the space, but groups are required to reserve it in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Reservations must be made at least three days in advance and may be cancelled and/or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the reservation's start time. Facilities Rental Policy: 1. Visitors must abide by all Park Rules and Regulations when visiting Pine Valley Park. 2. The rental of a pavilion includes the use of that pavilion for the calendar day, from 9 a.m. to park closing at dusk. 3. Renting this pavilion does not reserve the park for your exclusive use. The surrounding park and facilities are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Please follow “leave no trace” guidelines and remove trash or decorations at the end of your event to keep wildlife safe and prepare the pavilion for our next visitor. Leaving the pavilion in an unsatisfactory condition may be responsible for a $50 cleaning fee. 5. Park facilities may be closed by the Town of Manchester to keep visitors safe in the event of inclement weather.
